Spring Butcher's Bag - 28th March 2019
Our 28 day dry-aged Sussex Angus is butchered by our master butcher Dave. We then take a whole side and divide it into 8kg nose to tail bags. We ensure every bag gets a good amount of prime steaks, everyday steaks, braising cuts, roasting joints, mince and diced beef. There will be some old favourites and also hopefully something you may not have eaten before. We would love to hear how you get on with the beef, and would love to share your culinary triumphs on our blog - please send us feedback, recipes and photos.
We have received some demand to keep the fillet whole, which weighs about 2.2kg, and so offer the whole fillet as an optional add-on to your Butcher's Bag. This is first come first serve, because there is only one per side of beef.
