Brighton chef Sam Lambert (64 Degrees, Murmur) will be serving up a very special lamb lunch, with Rosie’s very special Nuthurst lamb. Shepherd Rosie will talk from 2-3pm about her farm and flock, whilst we all devour the fruits of her hard work.
