Purchase of Silly Moo Cider

Trenchmore Farm operate a Challenge 25 policy on the sale of all alcoholic goods. You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol and if you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, you will be asked to prove your age when purchasing Silly Moo Cider. Acceptable forms of age verifying identification are passports, driving licenses with a photograph or proof of age cards bearing the ‘PASS’ mark hologram.

It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. When placing your order online or on the phone you will be required to confirm that you, or the recipient of the order, is aged 18 or over. 

Delivery

We don’t deliver our beef to homes, only local restaurants. We are currently only able to deliver our cider to local homes around the farm. We work with South Down Cellars and their remit is shown here. All orders for beef, eggs and further afield must be collected from our farm in Cowfold.

Returns and Refunds

We will offer a full refund minus applicable delivery costs for any Silly Moo Cider that is returned within 14 days of placing your order. We are not able to offer a refund on any Trenchmore Beef purchased unless there is a problem with the product.
