While we typically champion the incredible talent of Sussex chefs, we simply couldn't resist the opportunity to collaborate with Melanie, whose career spans from working with Raymond Blanc to pioneering the UK's first 100% New Zealand wine list and earning recognition as Cuisine Magazine's 2025 Global Ambassador for Women in Food & Drink.
