Good afternoon,

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a burger and pint on Sunday. We were blessed with sunshine and the Bramble team sold out of burgers by the end of the afternoon - a great way to bid adieu to the summer yard parties.

We are planning to do something a little festive in the yard in December and will let you know the details once we have confirmed it.

As some of you have already been in touch about Trenchmore Beef for Christmas, I thought I'd let you know the plan.

We are limited by our butcher Dave's capacity in the run up to Christmas so will be butchering a whole Sussex Wagyu & a half Sussex on 11th December, and the same again on 17th December. This means we will have fresh beef ready to collect on 12th and 18th December. We don't have enough fridge and freezer space to hold it all, so ask that you please collect your beef when it is ready.

We are offering:
2 bone-in rib roast joints
3 bone-in rib roast joints
2 bone-in sirloin roast joints
1.5kg and 2kg rolled roast joints

The bone-in ribs and sirloins will be charged at a per kg price and we won't know the exact weight until they have been butchered. We are going to charge a 1kg per bone ordered deposit, with the outstanding balance to be paid on collection for these items. We expect the rib to be 1.3-1.8kg per bone, and would recommend 2 to 3 portions per bone.
We expect the sirloin to be around 1.5kg per bone and recommend 2 to 3 portions per bone.
